I needed a quiet, charming place with lots of sun light and ambiance to write a book, and the Denham was perfect. It was an added benefit to have RR Park and two breweries right across the street! Although I touched down in Birmingham the day Covid hit, I was glad to lock myself in a one-bedroom loft that was everything I needed to finish my project. Although I recently moved to Houston, I continue to be grateful to Sydney and Chris, the managers, for doing everything to make my stay there delightful. Being a new/old facility, there were certain quirks in my particular unit, but these were addressed promptly by the management. I would live there again if my life situation permitted it. Highly recommend!
